You obviously know how bad cigarettes smell. What you don't know is that others can smell it on you even if you take all those steps to clean after each cigarettes. You don't wash your hair or your clothes after every smoke. One reason why people don't have respect for smokers is because smoking is self-destructive and serves no purpose. The reasons why people smoke can be better fulfilled in healthier ways. But it doesn't make someone a bad person. You are a regular smoker if you smoke at least once a week. I can tell right now that you really don't want to quit, so even if you try you're not going to be very successful at it. You love cigarettes too much. Even though I've never smoked, I know that smoking gives you a great feeling. That's why I never want to try it. Smoking is a weakness, and giving into the great feeling of smoking is weak. Do you enjoy smoking more than swimming, dancing and boxing? Because the longer you smoke the harder those other activities will be. Every pack-a-day smoker starts like you. They all hate smoking before they try it and they start off slowly. People will have less respect for a smoker because it's a terrible decision. And you know that. Muscle spasms while trying to sleep?

Last night I was exhausted and about to fall asleep but whenever I would close my eyes I would be on the verge of sleep and my muscles would tense a lot then spasm and it went on for hours. I've had some bad past memories from things happening while I was asleep but I'm working on getting over these and it doesn't bother me anymore. Personally, I think that both issues should be addressed thoroughly by the US Government. I believe that smoking should really be banned, and have that ban be enforced strongly, because the consequences of smoking tobacco can be SO widespread. There's several horrible things that can happen like Lung Cancer obviously, as well as Oral Cancer, etc. However, obesity has just as severe an effect on the human body. It brings many disorders, mainly within the heart. I understand that the nicotine inside this tobacco is literally addicting, but it doesn't give somebody the right to just say "Hey, it's not my fault. It's addictive" but the thing is, anybody can quit, anytime. Similar to that, most obese people have eating disorders, therefore they are addicted to food. The US Health Department should take serious effort into helping every single food addict out there, as well as cigarette addicts. Both addictions bring such bad things into your life, but everybody should be treated the same. Just because people have addictions, doesn't mean they should be spoken down to. Both types of addicts should do something about their addiction, but should not be treated different from each other, as well as the rest of the people.

Kay so, I've had a thing for this guy for 3 years we dated once two years ago but I wasn't ready, then again last april. What consequence did the nurse receive?? Just because it was a low income clinic does not mean that they should do "low income" treatment!! I would go to a lawyer first and foremost. Sue them. Then, I would go to a cosmetic surgeon that specializes in labial surgery to see if there is anything that can be done medically to improve your condition. Almost two months ago I got sick. Since then, I haven't been hungry much and when I am hungry, I fill up after a couple bites. Hello, 1st of all in regards to the chewing of the mouth/nails & skin, this is just a habit out of boredom. In regards to the rest, this is certainly OCD, many people think OCD means Obsessive Cleaning Disorder, when in-fact it means Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and it comes in many different shapes and forms, from brushing teeth 50 times a day, to having to have pictures perfectly straight ect. I know this because I have it, my house has to be PERFECT, and I mean perfect, from top to bottom everything has it's own place and everything is neat and tidy. This may sound good, but when you're polishing at 3 in the morning before you can sleep, it's kind of annoying. I'm training to become a Doctor so I have quite a full-silled medical background but this is even better as I have a personal experience. The worst part is, its more psychological rather than habit so you can't just decide not to. See your doctor and they may refer you to see a psychiatrist who can help you express and overcome this disorder. Thanks and good look, Kieran.

My fiance is so mad at me..?

Sometimes when my fiance goes out with friends at night without me I give him a hard time. I maybe act jealous or interrogate him with questions. I refuse to be attach�d at the hip and feel it's important to have time with friends. But I have a hard time showing that I trust him when he is out...only some times. Recently, it happened again, and he asked why I get that way. I finally dug deep to see why and I told him that I think it goes back to when we were young and in college (8 years ago) and another girl kissed him. He didn't talk to me for a day and it killed me. When he finally decided to talk to me, he said it really hurt his feelings that I don't trust him, and that now it all makes sense why I "nag" him or bug him when he goes out, but he is still very hurt because he trusts me with all of his heart. Well now, things are calmer but I'm so confused. Should I feel bad here or should he be handling this differently? How can we get through this and grow from it and work on being stronger together? HELP!!

Well to start, I am 5'2'' and 100-110 pounds. So I have a healthy weight. My teacher asked me if I was losing weight and told me to eat more, which I haven't been eating that much. A year after losing my first love, still feeling a lot of pain?

Sorry if this is gonna end up being a long read. I lead a good, satisfying life -- I'm athletic, generally happy, knowledgeable, friendly, musical, energetic, with a ton of friends and a great family. I'm on track to be my class valedictorian; I can really pick whatever college I want to go to. You'd think most people would scoff at me for being unhappy sometimes, with what I have, right? Well I'm in this emotional whirlpool because of my first love. She's an amazing girl and she left me a year ago because I wasn't as good a boyfriend as I should have been, saying the wrong things at the wrong times, pressuring her sexually (but never EVER like forcibly), stuff along those lines. She "stopped seeing the guy she saw in me when we had met." I was in love with her to death, but I had subconsciously taken her for granted, I guess, cuz I thought she loved me too much to leave. My actions reflected that arrogance and she was right to leave. It's what I would do if I were her. So I'm aware that two people have to make a relationship work, but I basically screwed up and she left. That was a terribly depressing wakeup call which made me learn a lot. Now a changed man with some experience, I look at her awesome current boyfriend as what I could have been, which makes me feel like I should have been better. Self-esteem crap - it's funny and ironic that self-esteem with girls is what's weighing me down, me being a pretty confident person in general. Other girls attract me, but I go through this emotional seesaw where, on one side, I want to explore possible relationships with other people, and on the other side, my first love has such an amazing personality and did pretty much nothing wrong that I want to try for her because she's worth it. I do a lot of activities, exercise, and I spend a lot of time with my best friends, which people say to do when dealing with a breakup, but that stuff only temporarily takes my mind off her -- maybe a couple of hours later, I'm on the other side of the seesaw, missing her terribly. Something in me wants to prove myself, to resolve what I did wrong with her, and that's why other girls don't really appeal as much to me in a relationship perspective as she does. It's not like she's not worth it; she didn't do wrong by breaking up with me - it's what she needed to do for her sake, because I wasn't the best for her at the time. I want to show her who I can be - our personalities match so well and I feel like I'm better for her now than I was. My head says I should move on but my heart tells me to go for her because she's someone who has made me so happy in my life and who is so rare and precious. I'm not sure about the scientific reason but I too love spicy food, the spicier the better. I go through a bottle of hot pepper sauce a week which is made with scotch bonnet peppers, I have it with everything! I think the reason I do this is because I suffer sinus problems and have a limited sense of taste and smell so chillies probably enhance the taste.

Why do people think Hitler was an idiot simply because he was insane?

No doubt he was one of the most evil men in existence: insane, cruel, paranoid. I just don't understand how people can deny that he was actually a very intelligent leader. I don't think it necessarily means that they are unhappy. I think it is just our nature. Women are more emotional and we don't go to the whole "naked" thing right off.
