Is it possible to have an eating disorder without consciously forcing yourself to?
Well to start, I am 5'2'' and 100-110 pounds. So I have a healthy weight. My teacher asked me if I was losing weight and told me to eat more, which I haven't been eating that much. I think I have lost weight and I'm not sure why other than the decrease in eating since being out of school. Anyway, I am currently in a spell (I have these pretty often) where I have to seriously force myself to eat because I don't feel hungry or just don't want to. Am I subconsciously doing this to myself? Because I know its bad for my health to be anorexic and while I'm not happy with my stomach, I haven't tried to lose weight.
