If we were honest the muslim world had democracy even before the Arab spring?

Egyptian Shaykh Sa‘id ’Abd-al-’Azim HAS condemned Democracy but democracy is mob rule and Afghanistan, Egypt, etc already has mob rule/ democracy. The America politicians for some reason like to use the word democracy when they make speeches to the muslim world. Hopefully Americans will get rid of the liberal/progressive/mob rule by making them accept the American Constitution and Bill of Rights etc.
