Do you think my dream is stupid?

The American way is just one way. We are progressive(in general) people and the most materialistic in the world. We are as far away from a hunter/gather lifestyle as one can get. If you don't want to be on this side of the spectrum then that's your choice. You should know that in the end however, the only thing that matters is choice and in America you have more options than any other place in the world.
