Is Selina Kyle going to become Catwoman in "The Dark Knight Rises" (2012)?

Will Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway) be taking on her alter ego Catwoman in next Summer's "The Dark Knight Rises", or will she just be a supporting character or non-villian? From the looks of things, Bane is definitely going to be a villain in the movie, but will Kyle be Catwoman as well? Or will she be like Two-Face in "The Dark Knight", as in be a supporting character for two thirds of the movie then become a super villian towards the end?
