If bringing our money back from swiss bank is right and important..?

If bringing our money back from swiss bank is right and important.. Then bringing back our money from politician pocket and government servent is double important because this amout of money is huge when compared to swiss indian black money.. even normal traffic police robbering 500 to 1000Rs from the public everyday by breaking the rules and taking advantage of it.. your opinion?
