Batman 3 question...is any of this true?

It was announced that Joseph Gordon Levitt is playing Alberto Falcone but I doubt he's going to be the Holiday Killer. I think the character is there to tie up the movie to the first one. It was also announced that Anne Hathaway would play Selina Kyle and she then said in an interview that she's also Catwoman and Tom Hardy is playing Bane. I think it's going to be a good movie.
