Is American society become too uptight and boarding facism?

Ever since Eminem came out everything is about protecting children. Smoking, gambling, sex, drinking and pretty much any enjoyable activity is considered evil. The thing is, if you look at the people who are stealing and molesting children it is the politicians and priests not the average joe who likes to smoke a joint and gamble online. All I say is bring back the R rated movies with nudity, legalize online gambling, and marijuana. Give the people what they want.
