Warren Buffet- are his assets under his name or a company?

The nice thing about corporations is that the liabilities of the corporation are limited to the corporation. They do not accrue to the owners of the corporation. But the directors and officers of the corporation in some cases can be sued for malfeasance or prosecuted for unlawful activity.
