Did Shakespeare base Othello on his divorce with Anne Hathaway?

I'm doing a research project on Shakespeare's view on women's rights in the play Othello. Emilia's soliloquy on Act IV scene III is a very clear example of this, and I was wondering if Shakespeare had some first-hand experience on this issue with his relationship with Anne Hathaway. Perhaps she cheated on him?
